CANDON CITY, PHILIPPINES — The stage is set for a historic return of the league's brightest stars. The Premier Volleyball League (PVL) and Spikers’ Turf have officially unveiled the starting lineups for the 2026 All-Star Volleyball Showcase, scheduled for May 1 at the state-of-the-art Candon City Arena.
Following a month-long nationwide fan vote that concluded on April 11, the volleyball community has spoken, selecting a mix of veteran legends and rising rookies to represent Team Heart and Team Hustle.
Team Heart vs. Team Hustle: A Battle of Floor Generals
The headlining story of the showcase is the showdown between two of the greatest setters in Philippine volleyball history.
* Team Heart will be led by the legendary Jia De Guzman of the Creamline Cool Smashers.
* Team Hustle finds its engine in PLDT’s veteran playmaker, Kim Fajardo.
This "Battle of the Setters" brings a classic rivalry to the All-Star stage, as both players look to orchestrate high-octane offenses with the league's most lethal attackers.

Team Heart: The Creamline Connection
Joining Jia De Guzman in the starting six is a powerhouse roster anchored by her Creamline teammates.
* Outside Hitters: Jema Galanza (Creamline) and Capital1’s breakout rookie Bella Belen, who dominated the fan votes.
* Middle Blockers: Jeanette Panaga (Creamline) and Majoy Baron (PLDT).
* Opposite Spiker: Erika Santos (Cignal).
* Libero: Justine Jazareno (Akari).
Team Hustle: The High Speed Core

A New Era for the All-Star Showcase
The 2026 event marks the first time the All-Star Showcase has been held in the professional era of the PVL, and the first league-wide spectacle since 2019. The official logo, designed by Mark Ron Castaneda and Juan Lorenzo Navarro, symbolizes the unity between the men's and women's leagues.
While the starters have been confirmed, the reserves are set to be announced on April 20. These players will be selected through a rigorous process involving head coaches, players, team managers, and the PVL Press Corps.
With the 2026 All-Filipino Conference semifinals currently heating up, this May 1 showcase offers fans a rare chance to see their favorite rivals playing side-by-side in a celebration of the sport’s growth in the Philippines.
